2021 bubblethon!!

The South Middleton PTO would like to thank you for your contribution to Bubblethon 2018.  No benefit was bestowed upon this donor in exchange for this contribution...other than the joy of giving to an organization that supports programs for our children in the South Middleton Elementary Schools. We are an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN 45-4167724.  Your PayPal confirmation is your tax deductible receipt.

Donation Collection Period

September 13th, 2021 through October 8th 2021

During Bubblethon, students collect sponsorships from family and friends and donate their recess to walk laps or exercise in an exciting and festive atmosphere.  Donations will be accepted from September 13th through October 8th.  We ask that each student set a personal fundraising goal of $40.  All students who achieve that goal will receive an official Bubblethon 2021 t-shirt to keep and wear on the day of the event!  

Included in the information packet are donation letters and the prize structure! For your convenience, our donation letters are two-sided and can be easily folded for mailing.  Before sending, please have your child complete the required information including their name, grade, teacher and homeroom.  If donation forms are returned without student information, the donation cannot be credited to the student’s fundraising total.  The student may also return the donation directly to the school, but each donation must be accompanied by a completed donation letter or the donation tracking sheet.

Bubblethon is the SMPTO’s only school wide fundraiser.  All donations are tax deductible and will be used to support the SMPTO’s mission of enriching and enhancing the education of our elementary students.  The SMPTO provides educational assemblies, new library books, playground equipment, technology purchases, funding for innovative classroom programs and much, much more for our students! We contribute significantly to your child’s education, but we need your support to continue this work.  Please consider participating in this fun, one-of-a-kind event!  Questions can be directed to board@smpto.com.

  • Individual-$40- Bubblethon T-shirt

GRAND PRIZES- Top 3 fundraising students in each level will receive a PRIZE PACK 
Classroom levels:

  • $500- Popsicles at Bubblethon
  • $750- Movie and Popcorn Party
  • $1,000- Silly string the teacher!


  • $10,000

When either school reaches the school level fundraising goal, the students at that school will earn extra special time to enjoy bounce houses and games by 3 Monkies Inflatables 

All classroom prizes are cumulative. Classrooms will receive prizes up to and including their current fundraising level. Parties will be held on a date and time determined in conjunction with the classroom teacher.
